Fitness Młyn is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to our newest Yoga Mindful Flow Classes with dominika!

Rooted deeply in traditional hatha yoga, these sessions are a harmonious blend of physical postures, cleansing breathwork, and restorative meditation.

Starting next week join us:

  • Wednesdays at 4:00 PM
  • Thursdays at 10:00 AM

about dominika
Dominika is a certified yoga teacher. She received her RYT 200 Yoga Alliance at Vikasa Yoga Academy whose method focuses on the traditional teachings of hatha yoga with elements of vinyasa focusing on the mind-body connection through the alignment of the movement with the breath.

She is fascinated by yoga, its different techniques, and have completed numerous other courses in hatha, vinyasa flow and iyengar.
She is also interested in meditation, mindfulness and breathwork. Ultimately received a Meditation Teacher Certificate at Deepak Chopra 's Institute, completed Mindfulness Makeover with Light Watkins and other mindfulness courses, Sudarshan Kriya course with Art of Living, currently studying yoga philosophy, its history and evolution at Higher Yoga Academy.

In her teachings she follows the traditional path of combining physical practice with breathwork and meditation.
