Dear Friends, Fans of Yoga, we want to inform you that next week there will be an important change in our yoga class schedule:

Our yoga instructor, Alina Okhotnikova, is going on a well-deserved vacation. From 26 February to 02 March, we are making some changes to our yoga classes to ensure an uninterrupted and enriching practice.

During this period, dominika, an experienced yoga practitioner whose passion and experience in yoga is sure to inspire, will step into the peaceful world of yoga with us.
Slow Evening Yoga Flow
In place of our regular Fly Yoga classes on Monday and Thursday, dominika invites you to a special Slow Evening Yoga Flow. This unique class is thoughtfully designed with extended breathing exercises and meditation techniques. It’s the perfect way to stretch away the day’s tensions, embrace tranquillity, and prepare for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Hatha Yoga continues
Our Hatha Yoga class schedule remains as you love it – Wednesday at 9 AM and 7 PM and Saturday at 10 AM. These sessions will continue to provide the strength, flexibility and calm you are looking for.

with a wealth of experience that includes studying with luminaries such as Deepak Chopra and earning certifications in various yoga and mindfulness disciplines, dominika brings a holistic and deeply thoughtful approach to her classes. Her passion for the philosophical, cultural and practical aspects of yoga comes through in her teaching, making each class a journey of discovery and growth.
